Sometimes we have the tools and resources to overcome them; other times, we simply feel that something is “off,” but can’t quite pinpoint what. Alby’s mission is to walk alongside clients, helping them shift their perspective and find clarity.
With a background as a trained physician, Alby has had the privilege of living in diverse locations and connecting with people from all walks of life. These experiences have enriched their spiritual growth, teaching valuable lessons in balance, patience, and compassion. It is through energy work that Alby has unlocked spiritual gifts, gaining a clearer understanding of their true life purpose.

Joanna Navarro, BSN, RN, is a skilled and compassionate nurse with over 7 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Her career began in med/surg/telemetry and quickly advanced to the ICU, where she honed her clinical skills in fast-paced and critical environments. Joanna has cared for patients in hospitals, home hospice settings, and outpatient surgery centers, gaining a comprehensive understanding of patient care across different stages of recovery.
For the past four years, Joanna has had the privilege of working alongside several board-certified plastic surgeons and oculoplastic surgeons, further expanding her expertise in the field. Her dedication to learning is evident in her continued professional growth through self-education, training, and certifications.
